GRADING COFFEE BEANS
Green coffee beans- They are inspected for size and quality and are graded AA, AB, E (Elephant Grade), PB (Peaberry), C, TT and T Grades.

At Servicoff only the finest quality beans are sort after, so as to achieve the highest quality required by our Buyer’s.
CREATING THE BLEND
With the unique characteristics of every coffee batch identified, our liquorer-ing team shall identify the combination of ‘Lots’ that shall be bulked to meet a specific flavour profile. Understanding how the different coffee sample profiles interact with one another, is a skill that takes many years to perfect. Our team has over 30 years experience, ensuring that each and every ‘lot’ that has left our warehouse is consistent
BAGGING AND PACKING
Once the cupping and blending process is completed in our sample room, the coffees are colour sorted so as identify and remove any defective beans that do not meet the strict export specifications. Once the sorting is done, the coffee is packed in 60kg bags, stored and ready for shipping. In our warehouse, we have invested in blowing machines therefore capable to provide Bulk or bagged coffees to our clients.
